The landmark case brought by 50 Bucks County Republican Committee members against the county committee and PAGOP advances to Oral Arguments in front of a panel of Commonwealth Court Judges. The BCRC in June 2022 used invalid bylaws in its own internal election while allowing an abusive and egregious number of PROXY VOTES, which are not allowed in the Commonwealth of PA. unless you have VALID bylaws. The lower court “punted” the decision citing the Mohn case as precedent, which we believe was an incorrect ruling.

This case will test the premise that the courts are no remedy for any private organization (especially political committees) to be held accountable for illegal behavior.
